ABOUT US

Meet Kamika
From a young age, I have been a change-maker, room-shaker, and never took no as a final answer.
I have learned to become my biggest advocate which has transformed my life. I went from a new grad ER nurse to an Independent Nurse Contractor and business owner in less than 2 years. With my extensive network and diverse skill set, I am committed to equipping my clients with the tools and resources to maneuver through life with finesse.

RennelCo in the Media
Kamika, RN and founder of RennelCo, discussed Canada's healthcare system's ongoing struggles on CBC’s The Current with Matt Galloway.
Her statement, “Nursing is still in a post-traumatic state,” resonated widely, reflecting the sentiments of many front-line workers post-pandemic. At RennelCo, we educate healthcare workers on coping strategies and guide systems towards necessary changes, as the future of care relies on both.

Success starts with finesse — and we’ve got the tools to prove it. The Finesse Hub is our growing collection of downloadable resources created for patients, students, healthcare professionals, and organizations looking to lead with confidence and clarity.

"As I was graduating with my nursing degree I had no idea where to begin - what populations, unit, hospital, or even province. She spent many hours prepping me for my interviews, variations of questions she knew would be asked, tweaking my answers for certain questions, and providing questions I should and should not ask to employers. I was able to land my dream job at Edmonton Children’s Hospital with her help, along with other jobs in Ontario and Calgary. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nursing job.“
